Table Mountain Map: Proudly South African, Superior & Beautiful Hiking Map GPS Compatible

It was back in 1972 when the famous cartographer Peter Slingsby produced his first commercially-available map of
Cape Town's natural monument known worldwide as Table Mountain. He didn't think
it was too great at this stage but it became the bedrock on which he has since
created the most useful and beautiful maps of important regions in South Africa.
The latest 9th Edition of the Table Mountain hiking map "does this famous
old landmark proud, and brings hours of happy, safe walking to you," says Peter.
It’s the ONLY map of the mountain that is endorsed by the TM National Park, and
approved by the Mountain Club of SA.
Table Mountain is the 'flagship map'. It's a map owners are proud and privileged to
have on their shelves and in their rucksacks.
The scale of the Table Mountain hiking map is perfect and shows all the detail you would need to venture forth into this pristine environment... the map scale is 1:20 000 5cm = 1km. The map itself is A2 in size, is in full colour map in plastic sleeve. In addition the Table Mountain hiking map is FULLY WATERPROOF and TEAR-RESISTANT
For excellent descriptions of the walks and trails see "Walks with a Fat Dog" by Peter Slingsby and his wife Maggie
